How To Apply

We invite you to submit an application for membership to lock in your professional classification, upon your acceptance in the chapter!

Here is an overview of the application process:

1. Complete and submit your signed Membership Application to the Chapter’s Membership Committee for review. The application process includes an interview, contacting two business references, and potentially meeting one-to-one with some of the current members. No payment is required to submit an application.

2. The Membership Committee will notify you of the status of your application within one week. Once accepted, to complete the application process, lock in your professional classification and officially become a BNI Member, please submit your payment using one of the payment options below.

3. When you receive an email confirmation of your payment, please forward your confirmation to the Chapter Vice President. 


How To Renew

Existing members, you MUST submit your Membership Renewal Application through your BNI Connect® profile using the "Renew Now" button above. 

Your application will be submitted to your Membership Committee for approval. Upon your acceptance, fees are non-refundable without exception.

Payment Options

You may pay with eCheck, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Should you wish to use a credit card, please select one of the Authorize.net options below. If you choose this option, your credit card will be charged now for the full amount. No PayPal account is required to pay by credit card using PayPal.

Alternatively, you may use the PayPal Credit option to use their deferred payment system. This option must be pre-approved within your PayPal account prior to submitting payment here. See complete directions below under the red PayPal section on this page.

eCheck Instructions:

  • 1. Add your membership selection to the shopping cart.

  • 2. Enter the Applicant Name, Business Name, Chapter Name and applicant email address.

  • 3. Scroll to the bottom and enter your payer and payment information in the "eCheck Information" box.

  • 4. Ensure the amounts are correct.

  • 5. Then select "Pay $".

  • 6. When you receive an email confirmation of your payment, please forward it to the Chapter Vice President.

Upon your acceptance to BNI, fees are non-refundable without exception. Incorrectly submitted funds will incur additional processing fees. Subject to terms below.

  • 1. Select Type and Amount of payment using one of the Simple Checkout buttons below. Please note, the Application Fee of $195 is already included in the NEW One-Year and NEW Two-Year fees listed.

  • 2. Enter the security code.

  • 3. Enter the payment information and applicant's contact information.

  • 4. Be sure to enter the CHAPTER NAME in the Company Billing Field, please. This will enter your payment goes to the correct applicant.

  • 5. When you receive an email confirmation of your payment, please forward it to the Chapter Vice President or the Chapter Launch Director if you are applying to a forming BNI Chapter.

PayPal 

PayPal Instructions: Debit Card, Credit Card

  • 1. Select Type and Amount of payment in the drop-down menu above and click the yellow “Pay Now" button. ​Please note, the Application Fee of $195 is already included in the NEW One-Year and NEW Two-Year fees listed.

  • 2. To pay with debit or credit card using the PayPal Guest Checkout option, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". If you choose this option, your credit card will be charged now for the full amount. No PayPal account is required to pay by credit card using PayPal.

  • 3. Enter card information and billing address. 

  • 4. Ensure the amounts are correct.

  • 5. Enter your email address under "Contact Information" to ensure you receive a confirmation email. 

  • 6. Click "Pay Now." 

  • 7. When you receive an email confirmation of your payment, please forward it to the Chapter Vice President or the Chapter Launch Director if you are applying to a forming BNI Chapter.

PayPal Instructions: PayPal Credit (Deferred Payment Option) 

  • 1. If you do not have a PayPal account, go to PayPal, create a PayPal Account and apply for Paypal Credit. 

  • 2. Select Type and Amount of payment in the drop-down menu below (on this pay screen) and click the yellow “Pay Now" button. ​Please note, the Application Fee of $195 is already included in the NEW One-Year and NEW Two-Year fees listed.

  • 3. To use the deferred payment option, log in to PayPal and select PayPal Credit. You must have pre-applied for PayPal Credit (within the PayPal site) to use the credit option. If you have not signed in to your PayPal account, a PayPal Credit option will not appear.

  • 4. Ensure the amounts are correct.

  • 5. Enter your email address under "Contact Information" to ensure you receive a confirmation email. 

  • 6. Click "Pay Now".

  • 7. When you receive an email confirmation of your payment, please forward it to the Chapter Vice President or the Chapter Launch Director if you are applying to a forming BNI Chapter.

Arbitration: All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the member’s participation in BNI shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State where the applicant’s BNI Chapter is located. The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. This clause encompasses any and all disputes involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents, and representatives.

Limitations on Liability: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any liability to you involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or membership or participation in BNI, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of yearly dues paid by you for the membership in BNI. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.


Name Badge Replacement

While your first name badge is included in your membership, additional or replacement name badges (including name or company name changes) may be purchased for $4 each.
