Once your Leadership Team has been selected, your chapter members must ratify the Leadership slate using this Ratification Form.

2010 LT Registration
This is the paper registration form for all Leadership Team Trainings in September for the next Leadership Team term beginning October 1.

2010 LT Agreement Form
All leadership team members must read and sign this LT Agreement Form. Feel free to print, read, and sign, then bring with you to the training; copies will also be provided at the trainings in September.
