RSVP
There is a $5 fee per person to attend the BNI Family Picnic. Payment will be accepted at the event. This fee includes BBQ hotdogs, sausages & grilled veggies! For planning purposes, RSVP to rsvp@bnioregon.com by Friday, July 9, 2010.
Food Drive
Canned food donations are greatly appreciated! Bring your donated food items to the picnic or give them to your Event Coordinator prior to the picnic. Your canned food donations will be delivered directly to the Oregon Food Bank.
Door Prizes
Each chapter is responsible for bringing a gift basket for the door prize drawing. Have fun with it and create a theme! Each member in attendance will receive one entry into the drawing (bring your business cards!). Additional tickets for the door prize drawings can be purchased for $2 each at the event.
Potluck
Please bring a side dish, appetizer or dessert to share. Hotdogs, sausages, grilled veggies, condiments, plates, napkins, utensils, and water are provided.
Games
Do you have a group game that you’d like to share with other BNI members during our BNI Family Picnic? Do you have a croquet set, badminton, horseshoes, volleyball and net, or whiffle bat and ball? Bring it along!
Things To Bring
Blankets, lawn chairs, camera, sunscreen, business cards, canned food, chapter gift basket, potluck appetizer and beverages.
