Robin Schuckmann, Executive Director
 Robin has been involved with BNI since 1999. She was a member for 3 years as a desktop publisher and technical editor building her business from zero clients to full-time in 3 years. She became the Executive Director for BNI Oregon & SW Washington in 2002.
As a BNI Executive Director Robin loves to see the light bulb go off for the many entrepreneurs that she works with. “People love to do what they do in their business, but they don’t always know how to get the clients that they really love working with,” says Robin. “That’s where BNI helps!”
While supporting over 950 members and over 35 chapters in the region, Robin finds time to enjoy traveling, learning new things, visiting new countries, wine tasting, race walking, the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family. She is also a contributing author to Masters of Sales.

Jennifer Tolley , Chapter Development Director/Assistant Director
 With a background in business, Jennifer enjoys helping members create strong strategic growth plans. She became an Assistant Director to gain exposure for her business while increasing her training and presentation skills. What she’s found has given her a whole lot more. “It’s incredibly rewarding to help so many professionals utilize BNI’s powerful referral system,” she says.
As a Take Shape for Life representative, Jennifer enjoys helping others achieve their weight loss goals. With interests ranging from antique coins to music boxes to American History, Jennifer enjoys entertaining friends, finding adventure, shopping and connecting with others through Women Connecting Women and online networking sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
As the Chapter Development Director, Jennifer enjoys working with pre-core chapters, teaching business professionals how to build their referral network using BNI. She also teaches the Member Success Program and Advanced Education Series and is a huge support in the regional office.
Caitlin Wilson , Administrative Assistant
 After a 5 1/2 month journey through Costa Rica, Caitlin is ready to assist in the BNI Regional Office with inventory, shipping, filing, and project management. She enjoys traveling, snowboarding, surfing, reading, and writing. With experience in the natural health field, she is passionate about teaching others how to live a healthy life. She also enjoys exploring the world, studying alternative healing, learning to cook new foods, and helping the planet.

Blair Armstrong , Area Director
 Constantly looking out for other’s best interests, Blair became an Assistant Director “to share with other business owners the power of networking with like-minded individuals.” He enjoys the light-blub moments the most when “they realize the systems and strategies can make their business prosper in less time.”
As a Farmers Insurance Agent, Blair enjoys protecting families and helping them get back on track. He also loves working out, being a dad, playing golf when he can, and volunteering with the Committed Partners for Youth, a nonprofit dedicated to helping troubled kids live a purposeful life.

 As someone who always enjoys helping where he can, Dwight became an Assistant Director because the Givers Gain philosophy is what he’s always believed. “I enjoy being part of a team of like-minded individuals who share in helping others succeed,” he says.
At Northwest Community Credit Union, Dwight helps his clients accomplish their business goals and needs with professional and financial resources. Married over 35 years with three grown children, he enjoys electronics, sound and audio systems, television production, playing guitar, singing, camping, hiking, college sports and golf. He also gives back to the community through extensive volunteerism with the City of Springfield, Forest Today and Forever, East Side Baptist Church, Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Willamalane Parks and Recreation, the Home Builders Association and many more.
 As an Assistant Director Scott enjoys the personal development and the relationships he gets to build while inspiring people to grow. “Life is not about what you get, it’s about who you become,” he says.
Through Aereus Mortgage Planning, Scott enjoys helping senior homeowners live stress free during their retirement years. Along with BNI, he makes time for his wife and two daughters, can often been seen at Chamber events, business breakfasts, banking events and personal development seminars, and is a member of the Junction City Lions, a club dedicated to helping those with sight and hearing challenges. Some of his personal interests include reading, public speaking, camping, water skiing, traveling, four-wheeling and building things.
Jessica San Jose, Assistant Director
 Involved in the Eugene Chamber of Commerce, Fridays @ 5, and Young Professionals Network, Jessica San Jose is well connected to her local business community. She is passionate about networking and helping people grow their business and wants to give back to the organization that helped her build her business. In BNI, Jessica focuses on starting new chapters in the Eugene/Springfield area.
At PayChex, Inc., Jessica helps buiness owners focus on generating revenue for their business by allowing them to get out of the office. Lisa loves education, training and helping others succeed. As an Assistant Director, she’s able to support members in marketing and growing their businesses. “I love helping people find new and creative ways to market their businesses,” she says.
This passion also shows up in her business. Through Change Your Life Marketing & Consulting, Lisa offers clients cost-effective tools and systems that help improve the bottom line, even helping one business go from $0 to over $500,000 in sales in about 2 years. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys networking and volunteering. She’s a board member for The Boys & Girls Club of the Rogue Valley and the Josephine County Food Bank.
