All beginning and advanced training is free to all new and seasoned members. Held throughout the year, Advanced Education will address how to develop a memory hook, give and receive quality referrals, develop effective commercials, improve public speaking and much more!

Leadership Training
Each chapter has a leadership team that helps make each BNI chapter successful. These teams transition on April 1. Each new team goes through an extensive Leadership Training Program. If you have an interest in serving on a leadership team in the future, please contact your current leadership team for more information.

Member Success Program
Held monthly, the Member Success Program is required for all new members within the first 60 days of membership. You’ll learn how to find referrals for other members and how to ask for the business that you want. All new and seasoned members are invited to attend. Learn how to benefit from your BNI membership and how you can give back to your fellow members.

Workshops
Every six to eight weeks, a Director or Ambassador will visit your chapter and give a training presentation. In less than 20 minutes, you will hear thought-provoking ideas on building a successful chapter, conversation starters, giving and receiving qualified referrals and more! Taking action on any of the tips or concepts will increase your chapter’s number and quality of referrals significantly.
